  • Selected by Slate Foods with the support of our resident certified grader.  Our farms present us with only the healthiest animals who meet and exceed our affidavit protocols.

We keep our commitment to every pound we produce by:  

  • Honoring our consortium of farms, processors and partnering logistics in various regions through the state so that we may support as many regional economies as we can.  
  • Designing our Production Map so that there is less travel for the cattle
  • Choosing Processors by Region so that we can maximize support for local economies.

We can now say that there is NO District out of  reach for delivery.  We got logistics covered from East Hampton to Buffalo. 

And we want to welcome our new school clients joining us for 2018-2019.  Six new Districts will be putting Slate Farm to School Beef at the center of their plates next year.  Thank you!!
